Hi Kay, all medical insurance covers this procedure. I can't imagine why they rejected it. It's anything but experimental. Are you sure they're not looking at it as a cosmetic thing? Only used for cosmetic purposes will an insurance company decline it. So double check that this is not the reason for them rejecting it. If it was me? I would look at this as yet another "sign" if you know what I mean?

I'm glad the Neurotin is helping you. I'm not very familiar with the drug Effexor. What is it used for? I'm glad that they are both helping you and you feel "happy" at times. And no I don't know what you mean by being happy at times but I hope to soon! But I'm glad you're doing better and keep me updated on what you choose to do. Thank you for your kind words and what you had to say. I appreciated them very much! Be well
