just read the post from deb ans james.they said that you might be having a problem dealing with workmans comp, and getting a good lawyer.i've been dealing with workmans comp for almost three years.hurt my self at my former almost five back injures in 12 years at my old job. all the back injures were paid my workmans comp.the last injury i filled a work comp report for an injury to my back.was relased back tro work and they fired me after 12 years on the job.that pissed me off but had to find a new job i have two children 13 and 17 and i'm a single parent. got a great new job. in the first year at my new job i went from sales to asst. manager.but then i fell down a flight of staires at work.hurt my back real bad. had to be takin to the er by ambulance.have off work since june.so it's real important to hire a good atty. to represent you.have a law suit pending against my first job for 132a vialotions.so i'm pretty good with dealing with workmans comp.if you have any question about work comp or finding a good lawyer you can e-mail at bjames@peoplepc.com or leave a post and i will get back to you. good luck BEN
