just read your post.if i can help in any way just let me know.befour i opted to have the idet done i did alot of research including corresponding with the saal brothers who invented this proceedure.i did about three months of research on the idet so if you have any question about this proceedure just e-mail me at bjames@peoplepc.com or leave a post and i will get back to you.i have to go know to physical threapy now just another step in getting better. good luck ben
