If you will not take narcotic medication and you cannot take anti-inflammatories (because of what you heard), then what is left for pain relief? Sounds like you are in a pickle. Sounds like you will need to compromise one way or another. I really do not know of any other pain relievers, but then again I am not the doctor. I believe "Ultram" may help, but it is still a synthetic narcotic.
Sorry I do not have any other info, but maybe other posters will. Hope you can come to a realization that you are hurt and that you may need to take something strong that the good LORD put on this earth to help deal with pain. Narcotics are not harmful if they are taken like they are prescribed. GOD Bless you and your endeavors to find an alternative. :-)
