Hi Caring - thanks again for your thoughtful response. No, I was not offended at all by either one of your posts - I've got much thicker skin than that, and besides, you didn't say anything offensive. :) Again, I appreciate your taking the time to respond. I did put in a call to my surgeons office, explained the situation to the receptionist (who knows me from numerous visits, and who handles appointments for both docs) and she is going to have the other doc give me a call. I am hoping to get something different prescribed for me, and I appreciate your suggestions. I also am going to ask him if I can see him instead of my original surgeon. I just really feel that I can communicate better with him and get more information/answers. Thanks again and
