Hi name is not important :o)
I am so glad to here that you are so far 50% better!!! That is great! Considering that you have been in pain for 4 1/2 years, that's a long time.
Please be careful now. This is a critical time for you. You can either help yourself get better, or put yourself right back where you were before you had the surgery. Do as the doctor tell you, and please take it easy. I know it's hard, and you are probably dying to do a million things, but just think about it. You probably feel good and you just want to do everything you havent been able to do in 4 years, but dont. Give yourself the time you need to heal. Allow yourself the chance to get better. You just had the IDET done 2 days ago, so pleeeease, take it easy, okay?
You will be in my thoughts and prayers, and I hope you have a good recovery. I hope this is it for you, and back pain will be a faint memory.
Nice to see you back.
Be well
Maria
