I roller blade alot. When i am rollerblading my back is fine, but when i stop and rest when i get home after awhile it starts to get sore. I can condition it enough to feel better the next day so i can rollerblade again, but if i do it a few days in a row or sometimes every other day, My back will get really bad all of a sudden. How do i get my back to handle my roller blading? I used to do it all the time like 5 hours a day, now i cant even do it for 2 hours a day. Help
