Lori: How do you feel after your discectomy? I need a laminectomy for a L5-S1 herniated disc. I have been putting it off, hoping that things will get better with McKenzie therapy and just "time." Nothing is helping now and I am afraid that I will have to give in to this surgery. NOT EXACTLY LOOKING FORWARD TO IT!
