I just thought i'd make anyone who wants to know that their is a very helpful site out there that provided me with help about my back pain. it is owned and operated by a guy who has back pain himself and you can find it at www.backpainsupportgroup.com

I'm now taking some medication that is helping with my pain and i have to see my doctor for an mri next week. Hopefully it helps. Steve
