Hi. I'm not sure exactly what your condition means, as I have a herniated lumbar disc, which was revealed through an MRI. I don't like the part you said that you are having trouble urinating. You need to pursue medical attention further. You need to correct the problem that is causing the urination problem as you don't want it to become damaged further. If you don't want to go back to your primary doctor, then just make an appointment with a spine specialist. Look in the phone book, get ideas for good doctors by word of mouth, or maybe call the hospital and they should be able to refer you to somebody.
I would also pick up all your records from your doctor so that you have them on hand when you see the specialist. It is your right to have copies of these records, so don't be afraid to ask.
I don't mean to scare you, but I just want to encourage you to get this tested out further.
