Miriam, since the vitamin A is in the form of beta-carotene, you've got nothing to worry about. Beta-Carotene is known as Provitamin A, which essentially means that it will convert to vitamin A in your body as it is needed. So, you cannot overdose on beta-carotene. Now, vitamin A which is derived from fish liver oils is another story.
