I dont understand why people think that whey protein breaks them out. I have had periods of great skin while having a heavy whey diet of 100-125 grams/day. If anything, the amino acids in the protein are GOOD for the skin. It helps with repair and other things. People are all different so you can't classify whey good or bad. Some people react to it and some don't. So the best is to try stuff out before you decide if its ok for you rather than relying on how others react to it.
