I was diagnosed with IBS 18mths ago. My colonoscopy and biopsies came back clear. However my blood tests (for the 2nd time in 18mths) showed elevated infection levels and deficiency in B12 and folate, even though my iron levels were fine. My doctor told me the it could be related to IBS. Has anyone else experienced this??
