I have know it for years and years to and recite it often. I still have a problem with stress and anxiety. I figure I would be worse if I didn't know this prayer. Why is this stress and anxiety thing so powerful. If we all could accept this prayer for what it says, there would not be a problem. I certainly believe it. It's just that the human part of me takes over.
