Along with high bp, I also frequently get bp and heart rate spikes that I can't attribute a cause to. I also think the spikes _cause_ my anxiety, not the other way around.

Anyway, my doctor wants me to consider taking an anti anxiety med for a bit to see if it changes my bp. I have been reluctant to do so, since it seems most of them are highly addictive.

So, are there any non addictive anti anxiety drugs out there?
