Omega 3 oils also aid in the treatment of manic depression, depression, and many other mental problems. I used to take them myself but stopped because i had to take over 20 pills a day (a very high dose was required in order to have an impact, according to my psychologist) and there are a lot of "bad batches" of the capsuls which will give you indigestion and leave an old fishy taste in your mouth (not fun!)
