Mel, I agree with Memaw- Weight Watchers is great. It's healthy and it really does work. You also don't need to exercise to do it- exercise helps the weight come off faster, but it's not a mandatory part of the program. It might be something to try since you can't exercise much right now. Also, you get lots of support from others at the meetings. Good luck!
