IGG means past infection, as in 99% of the human population
IGM is active infection, yours is negative.
You have to find out the cause of your symptoms. EBV in itself is activated by a bacterial infection such as Lyme disease. Once treated for Lyme etc, the EBV goes back to normal levels.
