I would like to hear any opinions of people who take coq10 and how it effected them. Expecially negitive effects. I was taking 400 mgs of coq10 and didn't like the effects. This is also very expensive. Everything I read about coq10 is good. So what happened? Any feedback will be greatly apprieciated.
