mmkay? well, i know i have to do a lot of strength training, but i read other posts and says not to do so much cardio? u lose muscle? or should i just eat more? lol. thats hard to do! i skip rope every day i have nothin goin on. but i usually have gym class, dancing or badminton going on, so i dont bother jump roping then. so technically i have cardio like evryday. and i walk A Lot. like in the hallways and stuff..
im so confused! what should i do??
