If you "want to get muscles" you have to lift weights and eat lots of protein. At age 14, however, a lot of doctors would tell you NOT to train with weights yet... not that I'm a doctor or anything, but I've always heard 16.
I wouldn't count any "cardio" where you are not in "constant" motion and really "working" (i.e. elevated heart rate, breaking a sweat, etc.) for at least 20 minutes. Walking as part of your normal day definitely doesn't count.
By the way, you burn almost as many calories ironing clothes as you do playing badminton on a minute-for-minute comparison (4.2 for ironing, 5.2 for recreational badminton).
