30 nminutes 6x a week is still fine, or go for a longer session 3 or 4 days a week? Do you do any weight training? But I have to tell you, your calories are WAY WAY TOO LOW. You will be losing significant muscle mass and ruining your metabolism eating so little. That how much I eat a day and I'm 5'6" 125 pounds. You honestly need to bump that up to at *least* 2500. Add more protein, definitely, and complex carbs. You're running a serious risk of going into the "starvation cycle".
