Biceps are a very small muscle - I would train them once per week with 5-6 sets. While there is very little you can do to change the genetic shape of the bi you can do movements that put the wrist in maximal suppination adding to the greatest recruitment of fibers. (dumbel curls bringing turning the pinky towards the thumb) Biceps also have a high concentration of fast twitch fibers and respond well to heavy weight try some weeks of heavy weight by 5 reps.
