how to have a clear face by unblessd1986!!
Ok this is officially going to be my last post on the acne section of this board(ill still do replys to this topic tho for help/support)
2 people who helped me clear my acne alot are dwfgoodguy and sweetjade listen to them cuz they know there ****
i have a method that TOTALLY cleared my face and it probably will clear yours if you read and understand this totally!heres a few things you need to understand before we get started
1.there is no overnight cure for acne(altho this method is fast as hell)
2.pickin at yourself if a must not (even touchin your face alot is a no no)
3.certin foods WILL MAKE YOU break out
4.too much of anythin is not good for your skin(face washes,touching your face,hydrogenated vegitable oils ...THE MIRROR)
5.KNOW that your face is goin to be clear if you do this daily KNOWING IS HALF THE BATTLE
FIRST THINGS FIRST
1.wash your face 1 time in the AM as soon as you wake up and shower at night right before bed(or shower twice ones when you wake up and once right before bed)
2.do somekind of excercise for atleast 30-120 minutes a day(joggin is great) and take 1 day off a week(preferebly)this is becuz excercise not only is good for your body it also is great for scarring issues and also will help you gain confidence which is KEY to seein success on your face
I go to the gym 6 days out of the week for about 90 minutes a day and after im done workin out i grab a paper towel and rinse it with luke warm water and whipe my face clean of sweat and other **** ..
3.Look at your face in the mirror maximum of 3 times a day (if you go to a gym look at yourself from the neck down ...i know those mirrors are big but you are workin on your body WHY LOOK AT YOUR FACE?)
When you are lookin in the mirror at your face dont look at your acne EVER !!LOOK AT YOUR EYES,TEETH,HAIR whatever just not your zits!!THIS IS THE HARDEST THING TO DO and yet the most important step of all!!
4.Alot of people think that Certin foods will make you break out ...this is true to an extent WHat ive noticed is certin foods make you feel a certin way and foods like peanut butter and chocolate contain lots of fat and can make you feel like crap if you intake to much...goin back to the confidence thingy again it will make you break out becuz you feel like **** when you eat it!!Makes sense right??So i say for the first week or so of this method stay away from alotta suger,candy,caffiene and all the other mood changes that will change your confidence level....
5.drink alott of water!!this is a very big step for confidence as well and will not only help clear your face but it will also help clean the bad **** outta your system
this is all i can think of right now about this method and ive been doin this for 1 month and im clear so i dont need to come on this site anymore..but i would still like to help yall so i will post in here with more
BTW ..about the mirror thing it also took away the anxiety that i had when i stopped lookin in the mirror and im able to wake up everymornin and not feel depressed......you will notice a big difference and extra confidence and way less zits(try to limit touchin your face tho cuz its bad for the heelin process)
