Yeah, so I'm always eating lately. My stomach really does feel hungry and I'm in my 20's, so it's not like I'm growing or anything. The last 2 or so weeks I hadn't eaten a whole lot due to being busy, but it was high quality, nutrient dense food...
The past week though,....ARGH. It seems I'm eating every two hours. I've gained a little bit of weight, and want to cut down, but how do I stop when I actually feel hungry? Is my body trying to make up for lack of food the past few weeks, or is it maybe that time of month? lol.
