Oh your day really wasn't bad at all. You have plenty of protein rich foods, not a lot of fat, and very little carbs (and they seem to be good carbs anyways). You definately didn't go overboard with desserts or anything, so it all looks great. It's not as bad as you think- I don't think you need to compensate for it at all, but it's really up to you!
