u think thats bad? ill show u my day and i think its good! haha (im gaining weight by the way...so its quite a bit)
Breakfast: Bowl of raisin Bran and orange juice
Snacks: All bran bar and Nature valley almond nut bar thinger..
Lunch: 3 peunut Butter sandwhiches (i was hungry what can i say?)
Snacks: flavored water and a fruit bar thing.
Supper: Salad with lettuce, croutons, almonds, cheese in tomato dressing, pork chops, chicken rice, creamed corn, bun and skim milk
Be4 bed: frozen yogurt with raisins.
