I would avoid spicy foods, tomatoes, chocolate, peppermint, caffiene, coffee (decaf or regular), tea. I have all of the same symptoms as you do. I have the constant nausea all day. Have you actually thrown up yet. I am a 24 year old female and know where you are coming from. If you haven't thrown up ask yourself if you are going to let yourself let the nausea run your life. Also, I have an anxiety problem over my healh, could this be causing the acid reflux to be worse? Let me know.
