hello all...

i am 22yr. old male that was diagnosed with a left varicocele 2/3 years ago. i have recently had some very intermittant and random feelings of left flank discomfort.

i read that left sided varicoceles can be caused by a kidney tumor. Does this mean that I could have kidney pain just starting now from a tumor that has been there since my diagnosis of a varicocele?

also...how effective is urine analysis in determining a problem? I had it done, and it was all normal.
