hey jess, thanks for the reply!! today was SOO much better. no pruging involved, ate all my meals and did a 45 minute workout thing.

Breakfast:
3 peices of pp toast on ww bread
apple juice

Lunch:
2 bowls of kicka** homemade chili

Supper:
Salad with lettuce, croutons, almonds, and cheese
A homemade burger with patti, bun, cheese slice and ketchup
baked bean caserole thing
Skim milk

i feel so much better, this weekend was a bad one. thanks once again!
