Question Going to my doctor tomorrow for follow up..need advice...

Im looking for some advice on how to go about telling my doctor that I need him to help me get a deal with one of the surgeons he works with. Im really scared to ask a surgeon with a fellowship at the spine clinic to give me a "deal" on my surgery but i am getting nowhere with financiall services and i know if go through medicaid or anything else it will take me way too long for it to go through and actually be scheduled. I need this surgery now and i know the ER only operates on someone who has lost bowel or bladder control. It has to be very threatening for them to do anything. The pain of these herniated discs is getting a lot worse and i cannot even sit up at all without horrible pain running down my back and legs now. Now, im lying down and its only semialleviated..i can feel it getting a lot worse. I am in such a hard spot and i know that this is something that wont go away with rest or time. The spine specialist has already said that i need surgery right away and i should have never wasted self pay on an 800 dollar shot. I knew in the back of my mind, it wasnt going to work.He even said he didnt think it would but it MIGHT buy me time before surgery. UGH, it did nothing. Do you think he could find a way to get me a deal with someone else at the hospital they collaborate with? Do you think its fair of me to ask to get a deal from their surgeon ? If so, how do i go about it? I could really use some advice on this. Thank you for listening.
