Thanks for not judgeing and just being there and supporting me. I will let you know what the Dr. says. I don't feel brave at all, actually a bit cowadly(sp?) but I know I did what I had to do as I am not emotionally stable enough to do any thing stressful. I am posting on the menopause board for some help and also have found some help in Alanon as I am an adult child of an alcoholic. I was surprised to find out that uncontrolable fears and anxiety re lack of control are common issues for this group. Again thanks for your encouragement support and understanding, It meant alot as I had no one to talk to!
