By the way, if the same things went on inside your body when jogging as when having sex, the streets would be packed 24/7. So don't make the mistake of thinking that just because your heart rate is up when you jog and you're fine, that everything should be exactly the same when having sex. A lot more takes place. A lot more muscles tense up during sex...a lot more is going on.
