Symptoms: extreme fatigue, pains in the chest, trouble breathing, numbness in the arms and migraines.

Those are the symptons I feel right on the week of my period. What does this mean, I need the pills for prevention of Ovarian cists and I don't know what else to do. My doctors took blood tests, and say I need to ease tension, but I don't know what this means.

Anyone have any suggestions, i don't know where to turn to.
