Not only do they do not work, they and are harmful for you! There is not one on the market that is safe. They contain herbs that can permanently damage your internal organs. The product causes limited swelling of the breast tissue that only lasts as long as you are taking the pills. The only good way to increase your breast size is to either gain weight or to undergo surgery.
