As mefit has already pointed out, there is no such thing as spot reduction. The areas in which we tend to lose and gain fat all depend on your personal genetics and there is no way to override that unless you get liposuction.
Try cleaning up your diet by removing processed foods. Replace any calories you drink with water and try increasing your physical activity. It doesn't really matter what you do for exercise, all that matters is that you're doing SOMETHING.
