Need help for my fiance
We've asked a bunch of people, and no one seems to know the answer for this.
My fiance was a dancer/cheerleader in high school- and as a result she has very thick, muscular legs. she wants to get them slimmer and more toned. How might she go about doing this?
We work out together about 4-5 times per week, and when she works on her legs, they get a really big swell/pump.
is there a specific method for shrinking muscle, while maintaining tone?
