I know it is really early for November little ones to start popping up, but we found out we will be having a little one, with the proposed due date of 11/20!
Had the first baby back in July of '07 and posted on here then, so thought I would return.
We were semi-trying, and my wife was having some pain and discomfort, thought she had a cyst. they did some blood work and an U/S and found a ruptured cyst and in passing said that the uterine wall was a little thickened, but that was probably from hormones and the cyst. Blood work came back the next day as pregnant, home test that night gave a BFP. They are tracking the blood work, had a test Saturday and another today to show if numbers are going up. So far so good.
Hope to hear from more November parents-to-be as the tests start rolling in!
we just found out yesterday we'll be expecting a november baby!! we battled with PCOS and had 4 rounds of treatment done, and we're finally able to say we're expecting! i had a first round of bloodwork yesterday (to confirm) and should be getting those results any minute! our EDD is around november 23, so hopefully this thanksgiving will be extra special!!
congrats to all other november mommies and daddies!
im pregnant with 2nd baby due on 11th November! complete shock suprise only been trying 1 month
My little girl is nearly 9 months old it took over 2 years to concieve with her so we thought we would just get on with things, i thought it would take at least 6months or longer so i just couldn't believe it when i got bfp first try! not much of an age gap (double buggy for me) lol
so how are all of you mommy's feeling? any symptoms you're dealing with?
i've been having some very mild cramps (like a few days before AF would be here). my doctor said that was normal. i also had some super light brown spotting this morning, but again, the doctor said it was normal. other then those 2 things, i've just been super tired and going to the bathroom alot. not really having too much nausea or cravings or anything like that.
My husband and I just found out we are expecting our first child in November as well! We just got married last year, and we are 28 & 31 years old. I'm excited, we've been trying, but now that it's here, I'm scared, anxious. I've had mild cramping and kind of like a pressure feeling lower in my abdomen, and some nausea, but no morning sickness yet. Just really tired too Cookie. Congrats to everyone!
So what would you ladies think if your husband or boyfriend wanted to deliver the baby? Now, Im not talking about backseat of the car or kitchen floor type of thing, but in the delivery room with the doctor there. Would you be ok with it?
srivera: my husband is an EMT and is itching to deliver, AT HOME. i told him no way, no how! but he'll be in the room when i do deliver and i'm sure he'll be asking the doctor to do anything he can lol
update: got my 2nd round of bloodwork back, hcg went from 43 on monday to 232 thursday! and my progesterone went from 26 to 37! i have an appointment for my first ultrasound on wednesday the 24th (looking to see the placement of the pregnancy.) i'm sooo excited!!!!
I had spotting on the day my period was due, then it stopped and i just started feeling really tierd. I havn't been sick yet but i have felt abit yucky, everything just seems to smell disgusting.

I haven't had any spotting but I've been extremely tired, and just generally feel unwell. I haven't been sick yet either, knock on wood. I agree, everything smells so gross! And things taste funny too! Is this your first Scooby?
So how is everyone doing? We have another U/S tomorrow morning so maybe it will seem more real then. My wife and I have both been very guarded with this pregnancy for some reason. I am sure it is finding out in kind of a surprising way, so hopefully seeing something more than a black dot will help.
Well we had another U/S this morning to check on our little one. Since last week they only saw a sac they wanted to make sure we had something inside, so we got our first glimpse at our little one. Heart was just fluttering away at 132 bpm. Measured on track and was doing great!
