Do not start a thread to call out a certain group.
Do not start a thread for the purpose to be a board subject within the board.
Discuss your own issues in your own new thread and do not add your own health issues to someone else's thread.

Do not start a clique based on a type of health problem. Newbies find it difficult to find the info they need when they have to wade through long threads. They also may get no reply or only may get one reply, and do not get a chance to have their issues discussed. Cliquey threads are inappropriate.

Stay on the board health topic. Discuss what is directly pertinent to your own specific health issue.

It is your responsibility to read and follow the rules in the FAQ on your own.
