Hi all.

I have a nasty case of body acne at the moment, and have tried lots of treamtents. I'm currently four weeks into trimethoprim antibiotic 600mg a day treatment and Retin A 0.25. Not working as yet (in fact, things are a LOT worse, retin A breakout perhaps?), is it a bit early to expect results?

I'm seriously considering Accutane, but as I have no real acne problem on my face (perhaps two/three spots a month there) I'm scared the drug will give me a big facial breakout. Did anyone else find this to be the case when facial acne was not previously an issue?
