OK, the other day, I was in the kitchen stretching to reach the top of my cupboard for a cookbook, when my sister came in the room screaming at me not to do that. She said that if you stretch your arms over your head alot, you risk the chance of your baby being strangled by the umbilical cord.

Has anyone ever heard of such a thing???
