Thanks for the replies! I am very stressed right now also. Alot is happening right now. I'm working practically full-time, taking an anatomy and physiology class, planning my wedding which is coming up this summer, and I also have an 18 month old daughter. . I'm so excited and happy, but nervous too. My life is stressful and I know one way I deal with stress is through food and my weight. New motherhood threw for a loop after my daughter was born and that's when I went down to almost 90 pounds. Because as all of you mom's on here know, being young and a first time mom is scary and stressful. I just need to learn to redirect the stress in my life towards something else besides food. I need to learn to deal with it in a healthier way. Thanks again for the replies!
