Im not sure if this is in the right board, but whatever. I just recently started working out again at the gym, I had stopped for a few months because I was working too much and didnt get around to it though I should have. I go pretty much everyday for the past few weeks, but take the weekends off and like one day during the week. The thing is I have been getting sore muscles like crazy from working out, they just wont go away! I figured by now Id be use to working out again and the sore muscles wouldnt last for weeks and weeks because they never have before. I wanna understand but I dont get why this is going on!! I really thought they would have maybe gone away by now!!??
