Hi, I am 43 and at 37 i had a hysterectomy, they left my ovaries in because i asked them to. I had a CT scan done last week it was a follow up on kidney stones which i do have but the urologist told me i have a pretty big cyst on my left ovary. I'm trying to get in to see my Dr. but in the mean time i'm freakin out thinking maybe it's cancerous or something.
Do you think i will need to have surgery or do they go away on their own? I have been having pain in my lower back also could this be from the cyst?
