Hello Tarnold and welcome to the fibro board. I take AmbienCR
which works really well with me...no crazy stuff yet. My doctor
gave me samples of Lunesta and it worked just as well as the
Ambien; the only problem, it left a bitter taste in my mouth and
made my morning coffee taste awful. I'm 75 years old and it's
such a blessing to get a good nights sleep and no ill effects of
any kind. You won't know until you try it. Here's wishing you the
