Have a question given your problems have you seen or been refered to a rhumatolgist yet? Imflamation can cause all kinds of issues and high sed rates can contribute to underline pain issues as well as the imflamation. If you haven't tried that route yet see if that could help. Some of the fuller staffed clinics have exrays labs all on site the inital appointment can do lots of lab work exrays etc and give you at least part of an answer in short order.
My advice would be to try that route next.
