No Offense Mark but to say that nit must surely be excess carbohydrate consumption is just totally False. the Glucose in your system has nothing to do with the Cause of insulin resistance or Diabetes.

All Indications are that Being Over Weight causes Insulin resistance and not the other way around.

Your points about the Glucose being stored as fat because of insulin resistance is completely inaccurate.
