What are your stats? Do you have a rough idea about how many calories you're eating? Do you get any unsaturated fats in your diet? Do you have any pre/post workout nutrition? When do you workout?
Your diet is fairly clean, but there is room for improvement and it is also dependent on your stats and overall calories.
