Since you brought this subject up, here is something to think about!!

Milk is made to feed baby cows(calfs) and is only good for human use in the fermented forms -- like Yogurt and Kefir. These contain no lactose-- milk sugar that many people find difficult to digest.

Also, our bone stucture is very much different from the large bones of cows--- our digestion is also very much different!

There is no other mammals on earth that feeds on the milk of others mammals except us humans.

Well I know you are thinking -- How should I get the calcium needed daily to build and re-build bones a living part of our bodies??

Other FOODS that contain more readily usable calcium.
