Re: What causes rotator cuff pain?

You probably have tendonitis in your rotator cuff. I am currently suffering from inflammation in both rotator cuffs. Only thing the orthopedic doctor told me to do is take an anti-inflammatory and do exercises to strengthen the area. I am sure you can find the exercises on the internet for rotator cuff. I am taking a new anti-inflammatory called Limbrel. So far it is working but is not the cure yet.

You probably should get x-rays or other to determine exactly what your problem is.

I have inflammation in several areas and they have not called it arthritis, just refer to it as inflammation. I do have stenosis tendonsyvitis (tendonitis) in all fingers/thumbs.
